Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
- "Tuah Wealth" — the education provider operating under this name, based at Jalan Bukit Bintang 88, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
- "Participant" — any individual who enrols in a Tuah Wealth programme
- "Programme" — any course offered by Tuah Wealth, including Foundations of Retirement Income, Building Your Retirement Roadmap, and the Comprehensive Retirement Planning Programme
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, which are accepted by the Participant upon enrolment confirmation
- "Content" — all educational materials, workbooks, recordings, templates, and documents produced or provided by Tuah Wealth
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, confirming enrolment, or making payment for a Tuah Wealth programme, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract under the laws of Malaysia.
Participants must be aged 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Service Description
Tuah Wealth provides structured retirement planning education through small-group evening courses held at its Kuala Lumpur centre and, for selected programmes, at Petaling Jaya workshop venues. Programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advice or investment recommendations.
Tuah Wealth is not a licensed financial advisory firm. Any discussion of EPF, PRS, investment products, or estate planning during sessions is educational and does not constitute advice specific to the Participant's individual financial situation unless explicitly provided through a private consultation session by a CFP-certified instructor.
4. Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full programme fees
- Class sizes are capped at 15 participants; places are allocated on a first-paid basis
- Tuah Wealth reserves the right to defer a Participant's enrolment to the next available intake if the current cohort is full
- Enrolment confirmation will be sent by email within two working days of payment receipt
5. Payment Terms
- All fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Payment is due in full prior to the first session unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed
- Accepted payment methods: online bank transfer, FPX, or such other methods as notified by Tuah Wealth at time of enrolment
- Receipts will be issued for all payments received
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before the first session: Full refund, less any bank transfer fees, if written notice is received at least 5 working days before the programme start date
- After enrolment confirmation but within 48 hours of the first session: 50% refund
- After the first session: No refund is available. Transfer to a future intake may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Tuah Wealth's discretion
- Programme cancellation by Tuah Wealth: In the event that Tuah Wealth cancels a programme, a full refund will be provided or the Participant may elect to transfer to the next available intake
7. Participant Responsibilities
- Attend sessions punctually and in a manner that respects other participants
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial information shared by other participants during group sessions
- Use provided materials for personal educational purposes only
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute session recordings or materials without written permission from Tuah Wealth
- Provide accurate personal information at time of enrolment
8. Intellectual Property
All Content provided by Tuah Wealth, including workbooks, templates, slide materials, and session recordings, remains the intellectual property of Tuah Wealth. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own personal retirement planning purposes.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use Tuah Wealth Content for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Course-Specific Terms
Foundations of Retirement Income: Includes one private review session, which must be scheduled within 3 months of programme completion. Sessions not utilised within this period lapse without refund.
Building Your Retirement Roadmap: Includes three private consultations and four quarterly check-in calls. These are scheduled in coordination with Tuah Wealth and must be utilised within 12 months of programme completion.
Comprehensive Retirement Planning Programme: The dedicated CFP advisor, tax review, and hibah consultation are conducted over the six-month programme duration. Estate and tax consultations are with partnered specialists and are subject to their professional availability.
10. Disclaimers
Tuah Wealth provides education, not regulated financial advice. Nothing in any programme constitutes a recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any financial product.
Retirement planning outcomes depend on individual circumstances, market conditions, regulatory changes, and personal decisions that are beyond Tuah Wealth's control. No specific financial results are represented or implied.
EPF, PRS, and tax regulations in Malaysia are subject to change. Tuah Wealth endeavours to keep course content current but does not warrant that information presented reflects the most recent regulatory position at the time of each session.
11. Limitation of Liability
Tuah Wealth's liability to any Participant shall not exceed the total fees paid for the programme in which the Participant is enrolled. Tuah Wealth shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in, or reliance on content from, any programme.
12. Termination
Tuah Wealth reserves the right to remove a Participant from a programme without refund where that Participant's conduct materially disrupts the learning environment or breaches these Terms & Conditions, following a written warning.
A Participant may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms set out in Section 6.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Tuah Wealth and the Participant in relation to programme enrolment
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
- Amendment: Tuah Wealth may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active Participants. Continued enrolment constitutes acceptance
